Hotel reservations
ROKLive EMEA will take place at Gothia Towers. Rockwell Automation has negotiated a special discounted rate at the Gothia Towers for event attendees (SEK1450 per night, including breakfast). Room block rate and hotel selection are subject to availability. Make sure to use the booking link below to benefit from this discounted rate which will not be available if you contact the hotel directly or via a travel agent.

Gothia Towers is located in central Gothenburg, right in the thick of things on Korsvägen. It offers great connection to the city centre with excellent transport links, right next to Scandinavia’s biggest amusement park Liseberg and to the Science Center Universeum and everything the entertainment district has to offer.
Transportation
Taxi
Gothia Towers is located a short ride from the Gothenburg Landvetter airport. Taxi cost is around SEK 550 from the airport to Gothia Towers. Uber is also widely available.
Airport coaches
For a cheaper alternative, the airport coaches “Flygbussarna” are also a convenient option with a bus stop (Korsvägen Svenska Massan) located just 100 meters from the hotel. Price for a single trip is SEK139 and for a round trip is SEK249. Click here for additional information on the Flygbussarna.
Pricing
Event Pass - Regular Event Rate (1 September - 27 October 2022) - $999
The event pass entitles participants to the keynotes, all sessions, and access to the Connected Enterprise Expo. It also covers the meals (morning and afternoon coffee breaks, and lunches Tuesday to Thursday), as well as the Welcome Reception on Monday evening and ROKFest on Wednesday night. Dinners on Tuesday and Thursday night are not included in the event pass.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations prior to 31 July 2022 are eligible for a 100% refund. Starting 1 August 2022 event fees are nonrefundable.
Commercial Program Seats
Participating commercial program companies (System Integrator level Silver and above, OEM Partners level Silve and above and Recognized Distributors) may be eligible to receive one or multiple seats for the event free of charge. Please refer to the frequently asked questions for additional information on the Commercial Program Seats.
Event app (available from 15 October 2022)
The Events ROK mobile app provides helpful information, the event agenda, session catalog and daily messages and reminders. You can build your session schedule, network with others, and share your thoughts on social media and in polls and surveys.
